What areas do you service?

Our service area for portrait sessions are anywhere within 75 miles of Florence, South Carolina. Our wedding and corporate services are nationwide. (Travel fees may apply.)

How long before we receive our photos?

Typical delivery of photo sessions are available via online gallery within 1 week of session date. Please allow up to 6 weeks for wedding galleries and corporate events.   

Do you offer refunds for portrait sessions?

We currently do not offer refunds on any of our offered services but, we are happy to reschedule for a later date at no cost to you.

What is your retainer fee for wedding services?

Our retainer fee is %50 of the total package cost. The remaining balance can be split however you would like, as long as the total is paid 30 days prior to your wedding day.

Do you have a travel fee?

We do charge a travel fee for portrait sessions outside of our regular service area and will vary based on your preferred location. We are happy to discuss this and work with you based on your individual needs. 

Do you require clients to buy prints?

Although we do offer prints, we do not require any of our customers to purchase print packages or albums. All of your images/videos are available digitally for you to print or download at your convenience. 

How long do you keep the images from a wedding or session?

Your images will be available for up to a year after your session or wedding day.

Can you customize your wedding packages?

We actually prefer it. Though we do have pre built packages available for you, we like to tailor our coverage options to fit each couple's needs.
